Star Wars

Well what can I say about Star Wars that hasnt already been said? The Original Trilogy has been my favorite since I first saw Star Wars.  Sure there are better made films, but for me nothing tops the Trilogy! I had all the actions figures, and dreamed of being Han Solo and rescuing the Princess, or being Luke Skywalker and leading the rebellion against the Empire!  From the first minute right down to the last minute I am completely captivated and feel as if I am actually in the Star Wars universe! Have there ever been more beloved characters in all of movie history? Thats what George Lucas doesnt seem to understand, its the characters and the story we love, not the special effects.  True the special effects are nice and excellent for that time period but what has held the fans in all these years is the characters. The film flows along with just the right amount of dialogue, drama, and action! Cant forget the wonderful film score by the Master John Williams! The Music really helps the audience feel the emotions of each and every scene! Star Wars is truely a classic in every sense, and a film that will always be close to my heart!  A must see for every generation of film lovers!
